[Things that CANNOT screen for breast cancer-pink waterbottles, phone cases, t-shirts, spatulasThings that CAN- DOCTORS AT PLANNED PARENTHOOD]

If you are unaware, the Susan G. Komen for the the Cure Foundation just pulled their grant that supplies Planned Parenthood with the ability to provide breast cancer screenings to people (Most notable, lower-income people who cannot afford regular health care) because Komen has decided that being anti-choice is more important than keeping people alive by detecting their cancer so it can be treated and hopefully save their lives. Learn more at Planned Parenthood’s statement and at this NPR article

Planned Parenthood said the Komen grants totaled roughly $680,000 last year and $580,000 the year before, going to at least 19 of its affiliates for breast-cancer screening and other breast-health services. [From NPR’s article]

Help make up the difference in Planned Parenthood’s lost funding by donating to them so they can continue to save the lives of people who have breasts.
